Administrative Assistant

Job Overview: As an Administrative Assistant reporting to the Operations and Planning Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. From managing correspondence to coordinating meetings, your attention to detail and organizational prowess will be crucial in maintaining efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support across departments, including data entry, record maintenance, and managing filing systems.

· Welcome visitors and vendors, addressing inquiries and guiding them to the appropriate contacts.

· Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.

· Manage stakeholder relations, including directing phone calls to the relevant departments.

· Coordinate appointments and maintain the Board of Directors calendar, ensuring timely reminders for meetings and events.

· Oversee the evaluation process for GHAC-sponsored events and manage GHAC volunteers.

· Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned by the Operations & Planning Manager.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree plus two years of experience or five years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a professional office setting.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and interpersonal abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other CRM software.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

· Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.

Benefits:

· Competitive salary: $40,000 - $50,000, based on experience.

· Standard work hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m.– 5:00 p.m.
