"Remembered" Paintings by Justyna Dabrowski Opens at 100 Pearl Street Gallery
A free public opening reception with the artist, Justyna Dabrowski will be held on Thursday, December 3 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the gallery space. Philadelphia singer-songwriter and composer, Winthrop Stevens, will perform live folk music to echo the themes of nostalgia in Dabrowski’s work. Wine and light hors d’oeuvres will be served. Arts Council Awards $10,000 in Grantsto Support Arts Programs for Local Veterans
The Greater Hartford Arts Council has announced the recipients of its 2016 Arts + Wellness Grants. These grants, supported by UnitedHealthcare, were given to four local arts organizations to produce programs that use creativity to enrich lives and enhance the health and well-being of veterans and their families.
